How we work with MSPs
- Quote to you or to your client. We can deal with your client directly, or stay behind you and work only through your team.
- Pay either party. Payment goes to whichever account is agreed, at collection.
- Copy you on everything. Erasure certificates, the serialised asset register and the Waste Transfer Note can go to both you and the client.
- No minimum. One leaver’s MacBook or a two-hundred-seat refresh — collection is free anywhere in mainland UK.
Because you control the client tenant, you are best placed to clear the thing that holds up most collections: devices still enrolled in Intune and Autopilot or Apple Business Manager. Deregistered devices are worth their resale value; enrolled ones are often worth parts only.
Buying from resellers and brokers
- Business laptops and desktops — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface and Apple, any generation that still has resale value
- Mixed and part-tested parcels, returns and B-stock
- Servers, networking and components, including loose memory and drives
Send a spreadsheet with model, specification, grade and quantity. We price line by line on achievable resale value and make one offer for the parcel. If part of a lot has no value after processing, we say so.
Why specifications matter to the price
A laptop with 16GB of memory and a 512GB drive is a different product from the same model at 8GB and 256GB, and a unit without a charger is worth less than one with. We ask for these details first so that the offer we make is the amount we pay.

Can you work with our client directly?
Yes, or only through you — whichever you prefer. We can quote to and pay either party and copy you on the certificates and asset register.
Do you buy mixed or faulty parcels from resellers?
Yes. Send model, specification, grade and quantity, and tell us about known faults. We price each line on its achievable resale value and make one offer for the parcel.
What erasure standard do you use?
The MIST platform, to NIST SP 800-88 and IEEE 2883, with a signed certificate against each drive serial number. Physical destruction is available where a client’s policy requires it.
Are you a registered waste carrier?
Yes. HGC Technologies UK Ltd is an Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier, broker and dealer, registration CBDU584637, with a registered WEEE exemption for our Watford site.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. We collect free anywhere in mainland UK whatever the quantity.
