Collections from London offices
Many London collections are from buildings with loading bays, goods lifts and booking slots. Tell us the building’s rules when you send your list and we will work to them. Equipment can be boxed in advance and left with reception or building management, as long as someone authorised is available to sign the collection manifest and seller’s declaration.

- Free collection on a day and time slot that suit you and the building.
- Paid at collection by bank transfer, after the equipment is checked against the signed manifest.
- Certificates and asset register after erasure, and a Waste Transfer Note for anything recycled.
Before you sell: Macs and managed laptops
MacBooks must be signed out of iCloud with Find My turned off — a reset does not remove Activation Lock (Mac checklist). Windows laptops managed with Intune must be removed from Intune, Autopilot and Entra ID (guide). Doing this before collection is the single biggest thing you can do to get the full offer.

Yes. Collection is free from any London borough, and from anywhere in mainland UK, with our own vehicle and two people.
Can we leave the equipment with building reception?
Equipment can be boxed and staged in advance, but someone authorised by your organisation needs to sign the collection manifest and seller’s declaration on the day.
Do you buy MacBooks from London agencies and start-ups?
Yes, Intel and Apple silicon, including units that will not power on. Every Mac must be signed out of iCloud with Find My turned off before collection.
When do we get paid?
At the time of collection, by bank transfer, after our driver checks the equipment against the signed manifest.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. We buy a single MacBook or a whole office.
